Meet the Team

John D. (J.D.) Lombardo

John was born in to the car business, growing up around his Families Ford dealership and eventually working with his father at his dealership before partnering with Mark Hasman to open Exit 11 Auto, Inc. John is a graduate of St.Bonaventure University with a Bachelors of Business Administration. After graduating from St.Bonaventure John went to work for a marketing company, but quickly learned that he wanted to get into the auto industry. He started at a Rochester area new car dealership as a product specialist and moved on to Sales Management. John then went on to work with his father at his used car dealership. The opportunity and time was right to start Exit 11 Auto, Inc. John handles day to day operations in both sales and service. John is also a NYS licensed motor vehicle inspector. He lives in Pittsford with his wife Amy and son Daniel.

Mark Hasman

Mark has been an auto enthusiast even before he had the keys to his first Audi. After graduating from St.John Fisher College with a Bachelors of Science in Management. Mark decided to to go back to school at MCC and join the Toyota T-10 Auto Technology program. During his time in the Toyota program he worked at a local Volkswagen and Mazda dealership as a technician and received factory training from both of those manufacturers. Mark is an expert in all things Audi/VW especially the 1.8t and 2.0t motors. Mark is a NYS licensed motor vehicle inspector. He lives in Pittsford with his dog Tyson.

Ermin Mark Ianacone Jr.

Ermin is a graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High School. After graduation he moved with his family to the Philadelphia, PA area and attended Delaware County (Pennsylvania) Community College where he completed their Automotive Technology program. Ermin worked at one of the highest volume National chain service shops in the Philadelphia area where he specialized in alignments and suspension receiving extensive training on the Hunter Alignment System. Ermin excels at all aspects of diagnostics and repairs. Ermin is a NYS Licensed motor vehicle inspector.

Mike Goodman

Mike is a graduate of the MCC Auto Technology Toyota T-10 program. Mike worked at a local chain service shop before moving on to a VW dealership. Mike received VW factory training and was immersed in every aspect of VW service. After leaving VW Mike worked at well known independent European focused service center before joining Exit 11 Auto Inc. Mike does not shy away from pulling the Motor on any Audi, especially the 2.7t motor.
